One helps shape the soul of a place, becoming the backdrop against which the community lives out its life.&nbsp; The other captures snapshots of those lives, as they dip and weave and coexist within the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The street mural in Wilson, NC gives a nod to both.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7p5Gf4kp2hU\" width=\"760\" height=\"415\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Street photography holds a unique place in Wilson.&nbsp; Every spring, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eyesonmainstreetwilson.com\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eyes On Main Street Festival<\/a> transforms Wilson&#8217;s sleepy downtown into an outdoor gallery of world-class street photography from around the globe.&nbsp; Patrick, Theresa, and baby Kaya were with us for three weeks near the start of the journey.&nbsp; At first we tried to have Kaya, model for the mural.&nbsp; But it was tough getting her to hold the camera right!&nbsp;
