A Song Celebrating Growth

We had just finished our mural and songwriting workshop in El Pescadero, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Before leaving the area for good, we jumped over to nearby Todos Santos for one more songwriting workshop…

This workshop was held at La Semilla Escuela Libre. La semilla means seed. Escuela libre means free school. It’s a beautiful little community school in Todos Santos.

As with every short visit, one can only scratch the surface in getting to know a place, its community, and all its depth and intricacies. But we still caught the flavor of La Semilla. Good people building a unique space and educational experience for these kids.
